All Camp participants will read & obey these rules:
All students should address their Master with Arjarn or Sir, Teacher with Kru while waiting ready to listen or respond.
All students will show respect to their fellow trainees, as well as their Superiors be polite to everybody whenever possible, show humility & have good morals.
Wai (hands together & bow): a) Hello, goodbye, thank you b) To Masters c) To the Teacher/s d) All Seniors e) Fellow students & training partner f) Joining the class (e.g. late) g) When foul blows are delivered h) Entering and leaving the training room/studio/camp gym.
Arrive promptly for classes or private training. Reasons for sustained period of non-attendance must be reported.
No swearing & / or rude, unruly behavior.
Pay Fees on time.
All students must obtain essential and required equipment.(e.g. t-shirt, shorts, traditional uniform, suits etc) groin guard, skipping rope, hand wraps, shin guards, bag gloves - a period of time will be allowed to obtain further necessary equipment e.g. gum shield, sparring gloves, pads, other protective/safety gear. As a highly reputable Camp, everyone must dress and equip accordingly to aid safe & proper training for maximum benefit.
Do not consume drugs, alcohol or smoke before training and do neither in the Camp. Cease consumption if possible as either of these will ultimately hinder your health & slow your progress in Muay Thai. Handling, distributing, intent to supply of any drugs / banned substances will result in expulsion and in the case of a qualified Kru, Instructor rank & membership terminated…licence will be revoked and He / She struck off from the International & Thailand Government recognized databases, no longer qualified to teach.
Derogatory remarks must not be spoken against other Martial Arts and proper respect should be given to them.
Apart from showing pride and upholding the Camp name where necessary, regarding our training curriculum, techniques & other 'in-house' private information permission must be obtained first for a decision on any disclosure or sharing with other associations / clubs / camps / instructors / persons.
Students who wish to also train in other Martial Arts & or Schools should discuss with their Instructor/Master first.
All students must conduct themselves in a manner of sportsmanship and exercise caution when practicing/training.
Restrain yourself from any level of anger &/or uncontrollable aggression.
Do not experiment with new techniques or spar without supervision.
Do not stretch immediately before adequate warm-up.
Permission is required to break from a line-up, rest from training, exit or leave the class, to join back the class or late.
Any doubts or questions must be brought to the attention of the Master, Instructor, or if busy, Assistant Instructor or Senior Student.
Keep Camp/training premises clean and tidy. Treat with utmost respect.
Do not abuse or misuse Camp equipment. Use only in manner shown.
Always maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene e.g. cut nails, neat/tidy hair clean clothes & kit etc. MuayThai is a full contact sport including close and grappling/clinching ranges, so in practicing this, all over body cleanliness and freshness is essential to yourself and others.
Any medical ailments, disabilities, diseases, infectious conditions etc. must be reported immediately.
Every student is not just an ordinary member but more than that a representative of everyone in their Camp, Institute Of Thai Arts And Culture,Muay Thaiand the Thailand Government. Your behavior, image and etiquette reflects as such to what you represent. Do not do anything that will bring the above into disrepute, or tarnish its high standards. We operate 'Anti-Bullying', 'Non-Ego', 'No-Drugs', 'Child-Safety' Policies.
ANY BREACH, INFRINGEMENT, NON-COMPLIANCE OF THE RULES BY A STUDENT WILL RESULT WITH EITHER ONE OR A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:
a) WARNING (maximum two) b)PUNISHMENT (Teachers' discretion e.g. downgraded) c)SUSPENSION or BAN (for a given length of time, two warnings) d)EXPULSION (intentional disobedience, two suspensions)
